Children's Holiday Store: December 8th
We are going to host our holiday store for the children again, where we will offer them an opportunity to purchase gifts for family with a food pantry donation.
Please bring “gifts” you are no longer using that the children may want to give their family members: coffee table books, puzzles, jewelry, candles, stuffed animals, games, and knick-knacks.
Elves will be needed on December 8th to help the children find that perfect gift and to wrap.
Christmas Eve Intergenerational Candlelight Service, Rev. Scott Alexander
December 24th, 5:00 PM
This December 24th, we will gather, just after dark (at 5 PM) in our sanctuary for our Intergenerational Christmas Eve Candlelight service.
Together we will listen to and sing some of the favorite music and carols of the season, and share in some of the beautiful stories and meanings of this most precious of seasons.
Do be with us this Christmas Eve for this very special service, and feel free to bring family or friends with you!
Join us for a special Winter Solstice Celebration
Saturday, December 21 at 7:00 PM
This service offers a blend of the ancient as well as contemporary understandings for observing and
celebrating the Winter Solstice. It includes readings, poems, moments of silence, songs, community
drumming and singing and a candle-lighting ritual.

Lay Pastoral Care Message
The Lay Pastoral Care Team at Unitarian Church North is gathering potential volunteers for what we call Caring Circle: people who may be willing to bring meals, help with transportation, make visits, pick up groceries, etc. for members and friends of UCN in temporary need. We will be keeping a paper sign-up sheet at church, but members may also sign up virtually using the link below. Putting your name on the list does not commit you to helping when asked. Thank you!
